3. Four Elements of Supplier Management
a. Basic skills needed in a Purchasing organization.
b. Supplier Performance – key metrics you should be using to monitor/assess suppliers.
c. Supplier Relationship Management – Why this is important, and how you can improve results from suppliers without subsequent negative repercussions.
d. Supplier Risk Management – How to identify, avoid, and mitigate risks from your supply base.

Jane is a Supply Chain professional with experience across Supply Chain Management: Planning, Procurement, Logistics and Order Fulfillment. Her experience crosses a variety of industries including Defense/Aerospace, Commercial Manufacturing and Technology with General Dynamics, HP, ITT / Exelis and Haas Automation before founding Supply Chain Innovations, Inc.; Jane earned degrees in Industrial Engineering (University of Missouri), MBA (San Diego State) and holds CPSM and Green Belt certifications.
 
Kathy Kristovich, CPSM & MS - Procurement & Contracts Management

Kathy is a Global Procurement Process Program Manager at Agilent Technologies. She leads the development and roll-out of standards and training worldwide. Kathy has held positions covering compliance, organizational development, management and training of procurement processes including supplier performance measurement, relationship management, and strategy development. Prior to Agilent, Kathy worked at Hewlett-Packard starting the Procurement Education Department implementing worldwide programs for skill assessment, recruiting and training. Kathy also held various other procurement positions dealing with process improvement, training and benchmarking. Kathy has a MS in Procurement & Contract Management from Golden Gate University, a BS from Arizona State University and holds a CPSM.

Q: What is the refund policy?
A: All cancellations, substitutions, and requests for refunds must be submitted via Eventbrite before the registration deadline of March 16, 2017.  No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after March 16, 2017. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows.
